Tim’s Take: Paymore is a very intriguing opportunity. It’s reaching a tipping point where it’s quickly going from an emerging franchise to a national brand. I haven’t seen too many brick-and-mortar opportunities that can be started for as low as $134k and yet generate revenue north of $1m its first year open.

The biggest question I had initially was “why is this service needed”? I spoke with a handful of franchisees and the common answer I heard was that people don’t want to take the time to take pictures, list items online, negotiate with buyers, and then either meet up with a total stranger or package and ship the item. This made a lot of sense to me as I often get a bit uncomfortable the few times I’ve sold items on Facebook Marketplace right before the buyer shows up. This anxiety would increase significantly more if I were selling an old iPhone worth hundreds of dollars.
