Tim’s Take: This brand has been getting all kinds of interest from people across the country. I like the concept and think it has tremendous potential, but think it will definitely perform better in some geographies than others. If you’re located in California where house prices are astronomical this concept is a no-brainer, but in other areas of the country a lot of research will need to happen to determine the extent of local public demand.
